The Challenge

Bespoke Bids are a Manchester based professional Bid Writing organisation. They approached us for assistance in recruiting a graduate with the specific strengths to suit a Bid Writer vacancy.

The Solution

We conducted research-based interviews with top performing Bid Writers to profile the skillsets that facilitate success in the industry. Subsequently, we approached local Universities to advertise the vacancy to graduates from relevant disciplines. A rigorous strengths-based selection process of 50 graduates then took place. One outstanding candidate was ultimately selected based on their natural aptitude for the role.

The Results

Within three months the outstanding graduate was managing and writing tenders at a standard on par with existing staff. The company see him becoming an integral member of the team with great potential.
