PACC has regularly assisted Bespoke Excel with its recruitment needs as the company has continued to expand. An IT developer specialising in the planning and implementation of complex large-scale Excel projects, Bespoke’s requirements have ranged across the full spectrum of IT software development roles, from graduate data analyst roles to operations manager, from junior developer to systems architect.
In each case, PACC carried out a semi structured interview with a Top Performer in a similar role, before launching an advertising campaign appropriate to the role and providing screening and talent-based interviews, which allowed Bespoke managers to only interview candidates that culturally had the potential to fit into the organisation.
Bespoke has grown from 6 to 21 employees in 18 months and PACC has assisted with the recruitment of all of these new recruits. PACC’s approach has meant that Bespoke has employed individuals with a strong cultural fit to the business and who fit into the vision of the organisation.
In order to support its strategy of doubling staff numbers each year for the next 5 years, Manchester based IT consultancy, Bespoke Excel, turned to PACC to devise and implement employee engagement strategies that would keep new staff motivated and productive.
PACC initially undertook a series of structured interviews with all Bespoke employees to gauge employee engagement levels, before implementing a full engagement package including performance management coaching and the development of a continual Professional Development Plan (PDP) process – all designed to drive engagement upwards. Since then, we have undertaken periodic reviews to ensure that meaningful changes are being introduced and staff are fully engaged.
Bespoke has grown from 6 staff members to 21 in 18 months and PACC has provided full support in this process. All staff members now have their own PDPs and the management team has been fully supported in the onboarding, inducting and mentoring of new starters by PACC.
